INTRODUCTION

Chinais the second largestoil consumption country; oil refining capacity surpasses 300 million tonnesannually. The consumption of the oil volume was in a low speed rising, thedegree of foreign import dependence was about 60.6%. On the other hand, nuclearpower plants were approved to build in 2015, “Hualong No.1” nuclear program hadhave cooperate nuclear plant programs in over 20 countries in worldwide.

Based on National Bureau ofStatistics, the accumulated revenue of above scale companies in China’s oilrefining, coking, and nuclear fuel processing industry was over RMB3,406billion with 16.3% YoY drop in 2015, and the annual accumulated profit wasabout RMB64 billion, which is 966.8% growth compare to preceding year.

There are 18 listed companies in oilrefining, coking, and nuclear fuel processing industry in China; the 18 listedcompanies have been made over RMB16 billion in revenue, and the total marketcapitalization has reached over RMB16 billion. North Huajin Chemical IndustriesCompany is the one with the largest market capitalization, and Sinopec ShanghaiPetrochemical Company has made most revenue among 18 listed companies.
